Q:  Will you be listing my house on the MLS?
A:  Yes! – As a Licensed Real Estate Agent, I list your property on the MLS and aggressively promote your property to thousands of potential buyers. I will proactively find you an appropriate buyer who will purchase your home at the price you agree on. There is no obligation or commitment, you can fire me anytime you want..

Q:  How do you determine my property’s true market value?
A:  I perform a market analysis and compare properties that have recently sold in your area to find you the most accurate market price for your home. Usually, within 24 Hours I can get you a suggested listing price and give you information on how I landed on that price to craft a customized plan to get your property sold quickly and without headaches.

Q:  Once Listed on The MLS, do you reject or accept offers?
A:  Great question, as your agent, I will fight tooth and nail to get you the most amount of money possible from the sale of your home. I will reject (with your permission) low ball, inappropriate, and time wasting offers that lead nowhere. I will also consult with you and present to you all offers that we receive for your property for you to be informed on what’s going on and give you advice on which offer makes the most sense.

Q:  Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A: This is what makes us stand out from the traditional method of selling your house: We charge a flat rate when you sell your house with us. That’s Right! – No Percentage Based Commissions or Hidden Fees. You will know from day one exactly how much we charge to help you sell your home on the local market.

Q:  How are you different from a typical real estate agent?
A: Real estate agents list properties and hope that someone will buy them. The agent shows the properties to prospective buyers (often without asking for proof of funds) and then take a percentage of the sale price when you close the sale of your home. Oftentimes, the agent’s commission is 3-6% of the sale price of your house (so if it’s a $100,000 house, you’ll pay between $3,000 – $6,000 in commissions to an agent). Agents provide a great service for those that can wait months to sell and who don’t mind giving up some of that sale price to pay for the commissions. But that’s where we’re different: We’re agents who will actively seek a cash buyer. Our company actually finds a qualified buyer who will buy for you home.

Q:  Is there any obligation when I submit my info?
A: There is absolutely zero obligation for you. Once you tell us a bit about your property, we’ll take a look at things, maybe set up a call with you to find out a bit more, and craft you a solution to your problem that will result in the sale of your home. From there, it’s 100% your decision on whether or not you’d like to sell your house with us… and we won’t hassle you, won’t harass you… it’s 100% your decision and we’ll let you decide what’s right for you.
